Inventory Clerk required for Hexa Inventories in South West London. We train you from scratch.

Hexa Inventories is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience to receive comprehensive 1-on-1 training with our Inventory Services Director and grow with the company.


  • Work and travel around Southwest London and Central London

  • Liase with Lettings agents, new tenants, and landlords

  • Accurately document properties, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment

  • Take high-quality photographs of properties

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks


  • Strong communication skills

  • Normal inventory clerk skills

  • Access to a smartphone with a high-resolution camera and internet access

  • A form of transportation (ebike, scooter, bicycle, or ULEZ compliant car)

  • Smart casual dress code, no rips in clothes, sports wear or trainers

Working Hours:

  • Flexible working hours

  • Opportunity to make anywhere from £20-60k per annum, dependant on availability and ability to do a good job

Working Areas:

  • Chelsea, Kensington, Earls Court, Fulham, Putney, Wandsworth, Battersea, Clapham, Clapham Junction, Hammersmith, Chiswick, Richmond, Barnes, St Margrets, Twickenham, Vauxhall, Notting Hill, South Kensington, and Knightsbridge
